What you will drive
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and internal teams, performing deep learning needs analysis to design tailored training programmes.
- Create high-quality, engaging training materials including workshops, e-learning modules, and guides, and deliver them virtually and in-person.
- Drive adoption of the Kaluza platform through post-training support, coaching, and continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics.
