Mission

What you will drive

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and internal teams, performing deep learning needs analysis to design tailored training programmes.
  • Create high-quality, engaging training materials including workshops, e-learning modules, and guides, and deliver them virtually and in-person.
  • Drive adoption of the Kaluza platform through post-training support, coaching, and continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging learning materials.
  • Confident and dynamic facilitator with strong presentation skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to build strong relationships.
