Customer Service Export Specialist

• Use Hitachi tools and processes for product configuration, order entry, and invoicing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Coordinate export arrangements with Hitachi Logistics.
• Manage contracts from order entry through delivery and payment.

This role ensures efficient export operations and compliance, enabling Hitachi Energy to deliver cost-competitive solutions globally and strengthen international customer relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of INCO terms and international trade compliance.
• Experience in B2B customer support, preferably with international clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
