Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full customer order process including shipments, goods receipts, receivables, claims handling, and maintenance of customer data, prices, and conditions in SAP.
  • Perform operational SAP tasks such as order entry, invoicing, shipping documentation, returns processing, accounts receivable control, price list creation, and discount management.
  • Create and coordinate the daily shipment schedule and collaborate closely with the warehouse to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Ensure high service levels and on‑time deliveries, handle customer complaints efficiently, and coordinate with transport companies.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with sales plan monitoring, campaign execution, communication tasks, and manage marketing materials and product samples.

Qualifications:

  • higher education

  • 2+ years’ experience in same position

  • knowledge of German and English – Proficient

  • knowledge of SAP (or ERP-based programs)

  • attentiveness, accuracy, client orientation

  • good communication skill

  • ability to work in a team
