Responsibilities:
- Manage the full customer order process including shipments, goods receipts, receivables, claims handling, and maintenance of customer data, prices, and conditions in SAP.
- Perform operational SAP tasks such as order entry, invoicing, shipping documentation, returns processing, accounts receivable control, price list creation, and discount management.
- Create and coordinate the daily shipment schedule and collaborate closely with the warehouse to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure high service levels and on‑time deliveries, handle customer complaints efficiently, and coordinate with transport companies.
- Support Sales and Marketing with sales plan monitoring, campaign execution, communication tasks, and manage marketing materials and product samples.
Qualifications:
higher education
2+ years’ experience in same position
knowledge of German and English – Proficient
knowledge of SAP (or ERP-based programs)
attentiveness, accuracy, client orientation
good communication skill
ability to work in a team
