About This Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice helping customers navigate bills, meters, and tariffs, solving problems from start to finish. You'll start your day by logging into the Kraken system, reviewing any handovers from the previous shift. Throughout the day, you'll handle a mix of live chats, emails, and phone calls, helping customers with billing questions, meter issues, and tariff queries. You'll collaborate with teammates on complex cases and end your shift by documenting any follow-ups needed.
