What you will drive
- Advocate for homeowners as the dedicated point of contact, providing proactive updates throughout the electrification process.
- Master home electrification technology and translate complex solar/energy concepts into simple, relatable wins for customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and messaging with a helpful spirit.
- Work cross-functionally with field and operations teams to resolve roadblocks and exceed expectations.
