What you will drive

  • Provide technical support, account coordination, problem analysis, and installation support to Hitachi Vantara customers in the Nordics.
  • Work closely with partners in the Nordics, ensuring they have remote support before and during on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to ensure optimal solutions and service for all customers.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Significant experience in support or field/delivery teams for a major IT vendor, with troubleshooting skills related to SAN/storage and associated infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of major storage vendor support structures, online support tools, knowledge databases, and escalation procedures.
  • Knowledge of major operating systems such as Linux, VMware, Windows is valuable.
  • Customer-focused, structured, service-minded, with strong communication skills in English and a valid driver's license (B).
