What you will drive
- Provide timely post-sales support, including maintenance, break-fix remediation, and installation/implementation of Hitachi Vantara solutions.
- Perform preventative maintenance and manage spare part returns and CRM administration.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for remediation services and conduct product demonstrations/training.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- IT industry experience with technical knowledge of SAN/Fibre/Storage and Server products.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and VMWare.
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised, manage stress, and collaborate in a team environment.
