Mission
What you will drive
- Own the optimisation of OVO's interest-to-purchase customer journeys for acquisition, cross-sell, and renewals across Web, App, and Agents.
- Map complete customer funnels, identify friction points, and build, launch, and manage multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely.
- Collaborate with paid media team and product stakeholders to align ad testing strategies and landing page experiments.
- Analyze test results using MixPanel and GA4, applying statistical rigor to ensure valid and reproducible outcomes.

What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in a CRO, growth, or analytical role with a track record of growing funnel conversion rate.
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of correlation vs. causation and ability to spot false positives.
- Full-stack understanding of how pixels and APIs work.
- Excellent communication skills for creating dashboards and presenting to senior leadership.

Salary: £63,000 - £75,000 per year, plus 15% on-target bonus and 9% Flex Pay (4% auto-enrolled into pension, 5% flexible).
