Corporate Engagement Officer

• Manage and grow revenue from a portfolio of corporate partners and institutional accounts, stewarding relationships and identifying new prospects.
• Develop corporate engagement strategies, proposals, and stewardship reports in collaboration with program teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for corporate partners, coordinating meetings, outreach, and communications.
• Utilize Salesforce and project management tools to track partner interactions and pipeline progress.

This role directly supports RMI's mission to transform the global energy system by securing corporate partnerships that fund and amplify climate solutions, accelerating the transition to a clean, prosperous, zero-carbon future.

• 5-10+ years of experience in nonprofit development, corporate engagement, partnerships, business development, or related fields.
• 5+ years managing corporate, foundation, or institutional relationships with a track record of securing five-figure+ commitments.
• Experience writing successful grant applications, proposals, and partnership narratives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical programmatic work into compelling narratives.

Salary range: $96,645 - $119,115 USD annually, plus 10% annual bonus target and merit-based increases.
