Corporate Development Senior Manager

• Execute corporate development initiatives across funding, strategy, and transactions, including preparing investor materials, managing data rooms, and coordinating diligence.
• Build robust financial models for projects, transactions, and products, and provide analytical input to levelised costs and strategic decision-making.
• Support partnerships and portfolio advancement by collaborating cross-functionally and building relationships with ecosystem partners.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while maintaining a strong individual contribution (~70–80%).

This role directly supports Carbon Clean's mission to decarbonize industry by enabling capital formation and strategic growth, accelerating the deployment of carbon capture technology to combat climate change.

• Background in corporate development, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity/infrastructure, or transactional FP&A with direct exposure to funding or transactions.
• Advanced financial modelling skills across project and corporate finance, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience supporting M&A, joint ventures, or partnerships, including valuation and diligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA, CFA, CPA strongly preferred.
