What you will drive

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and supplier agreements, including hardware supply, software licensing, services, joint development, and partnership agreements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain compliance programs covering data privacy, safety, regulatory obligations, and corporate governance.
  • Provide day-to-day legal counsel to cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, business development, government affairs, marketing, and human resources.
  • Advise on regulatory matters related to autonomous vehicle testing, deployment, and commercialization at federal, state, and local levels.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
  • 5–8 years of legal experience, including a combination of law firm and in-house counsel experience (technology, automotive, or mobility company strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and supplier agreements.
  • Substantive expertise in at least one of: regulatory affairs, safety/product liability, data privacy (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, APPI, GDPR), or employment law.
