Mission
What you will drive
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and monthly close.
- Establish and maintain disciplined month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, and internal controls; coordinate annual audits and tax filings.
- Supervise and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing finance team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting, including fund accounting and restricted contributions.
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
