Mission

What you will drive

  • Own the financial backbone of Reflective — running financial controls, leading budgeting and forecasting, managing cash flow, and overseeing spend and contracts.
  • Build dashboards and reporting cadences for timely, accurate financial reporting to leadership, the Board, funders, and the team.
  • Manage financial administration across the lifecycle of external relationships, including grant agreements, vendor contracts, and consultant agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, and restricted-fund reporting obligations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 6+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including a controller, assistant controller, or equivalent senior role.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and GAAP.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation practices.
  • Clear communicator who can translate financial complexity into plain language for non-finance colleagues, the Board, and funders.
