Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the design and implementation of a financial management system that accurately tracks funding streams and enables monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Guide financial compliance, ensure required audits are performed, and prepare financial statements that fairly represent the organization's financial position.
- Provide technical and operational leadership for accounting staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls to ensure stewardship of public and private investments.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA, CMA, or ACCA required.
- 10+ years of mid-to-high level financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, tax management, and accounting operations with multi-million-dollar budgets.
- At least 3 years of people management experience.
- Experience preparing nonprofit financial statements including the 990, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
