Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the design and implementation of a financial management system that accurately tracks funding streams and enables monthly and annual financial reporting.
  • Guide financial compliance, ensure required audits are performed, and prepare financial statements that fairly represent the organization's financial position.
  • Provide technical and operational leadership for accounting staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls to ensure stewardship of public and private investments.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA, CMA, or ACCA required.
  • 10+ years of mid-to-high level financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, tax management, and accounting operations with multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Experience preparing nonprofit financial statements including the 990, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
