Contracts Manager (Remote)

• Drive negotiation and execution of EPC contracts for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Serve as primary commercial point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Manage contract management process, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking milestones.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Contracts Administrator.

This role accelerates the transition to renewable energy by ensuring efficient and risk-mitigated contracting for large-scale solar and battery storage projects, directly contributing to a cleaner energy future.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years proven experience in contract management, preferably in utility-scale renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and battery EPC concepts and risks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
