Contracts Manager (Remote)

• Drive negotiation and execution of EPC contracts for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Serve as primary commercial point of contact for contract-related inquiries, building collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Identify potential risks and liabilities, develop modifications to mitigate risks, and manage contract management processes.

This role accelerates the transition to renewable energy by ensuring efficient and risk-mitigated contracting for large-scale solar and battery storage projects, directly contributing to a cleaner energy grid.

• 5+ years proven experience in contract management and review, preferably in utility-scale renewable energy or power generation industry.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and battery EPC concepts, standard scopes of work, and related risks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, and contract management software.

Compensation Range: $112,058.00 - $137,271.00
