Contract Talent Acquisition Partner (1099)

• Own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for assigned roles, from scoping through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and closing top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring capability, align expectations, and deliver an exceptional candidate and interviewer experience.
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline while continuously improving quality-of-hire and reducing time-to-hire.
• Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, identify trends, and optimize recruiting processes.

• 3+ years of recruiting experience within a SaaS/AI startup environment.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting talent across various functions (Tech, GTM, G&A, etc.).
• Experience leveraging AI to automate parts of the hiring process (sourcing, scheduling, analysis, etc.).
• Previous experience recruiting candidates in the space or aerospace industry.

Hourly rate: $45-50/hr. Comprehensive health benefits, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits included. Relocation assistance may be offered for certain roles.
