Contract and Compliance Specialist

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of NDAs, DPAs, and standard service/product agreements.
• Review and refine complex commercial agreements, ensuring clear distinctions between product delivery and service-level obligations.
• Prepare and submit license applications and updates to regulatory bodies (e.g., NOAA, FCC, FAA) for satellite operations and data dissemination.
• Manage ongoing reporting, certifications, and attestations; maintain an audit-ready database of agreements and compliance records.

This role ensures Satellogic's global partnerships and satellite operations are built on compliant, risk-mitigated agreements, enabling the company to deliver Earth observation insights that support climate monitoring, agriculture, energy, and infrastructure decisions.

• 3–5+ years in contract administration or legal compliance, ideally within aerospace, defense, or high-tech sectors.
• Deep familiarity with NDAs, commercial agreements, regulatory filing structure, and intellectual property.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain organized, complex filing systems.
• Ability to pivot between administrative tasks and complex commercial negotiations.
