Content Producer

• Create high-quality video and graphics for web, social, email, and print to support donor acquisition and fundraising campaigns.
• Develop and implement online campaigns to increase membership growth, sustainer growth, and donor renewals.
• Produce visually compelling content including videos, graphics, and copy for digital ads, landing pages, and fundraising materials.
• Collaborate with the Digital team to unify the Center's voice across platforms and analyze campaign performance metrics.

This role helps the Center for Biological Diversity grow its membership and donations, enabling the organization to protect endangered species, wild places, and public lands through science, law, activism, and creative media.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital video and digital/print graphic design.
• Fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere (or similar design software).
• Excellent writing skills and ability to produce compelling stories.
• Experience in a fundraising or advocacy environment and with digital ad platforms.

Salary range: $57,000 - $65,000 per year. Remote position. Occasional travel to Tucson office required. Bargaining unit position with potential fees. Desired start date 6/15/2026.
