Mission

What you will drive

  • Build, schedule, publish, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Draft and edit copy for posts, captions, email campaigns, and presentation decks.
  • Select and edit short-form video clips from raw recordings.
  • Maintain a weekly publishing cadence and deliver metrics snapshots.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3–5+ years in content production or social media management, preferably in advocacy, public affairs, or nonprofit.
  • Strong short-form video editing (CapCut, Descript, Premiere) and copywriting skills.
  • Proficient in Canva and Hootsuite; experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple platforms independently.
