Content Director

• Conceive, develop, and launch new social-native content verticals from scratch, including defining audience, platform strategy, format, tone, and episode structure.
• Manage a lean development budget across multiple concepts simultaneously, making smart bets and sunsetting what is not working quickly.
• Define and track success metrics for each concept and make scaling or sunsetting decisions based on performance.
• Hand off proven concepts to dedicated brand teams and immediately begin the next development cycle.

This role creates positive change by empowering moderate women to engage in civic life through compelling, research-driven content that breaks through and scales, fostering a more inclusive democracy.

• At least eight years of experience in digital content development, social media brand building, or related fields with demonstrated success building social-native content from the ground up.
• Proven track record of developing new content concepts with lean budgets, including piloting multiple ideas simultaneously and making disciplined scaling decisions.
• Experience applying audience research, consumer insights, or behavioral frameworks to content development decisions.
• Deep fluency in social-native content formats across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.

Starting salary range: $128,000-143,000. Comprehensive benefits include 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families; 401k with 3% automatic contribution and up to 3% match; pre-tax transportation benefits; 120 hours vacation, 80 hours health leave, 2 days casual leave, 20 hours volunteer leave annually; 13 paid holidays; 12 weeks paid family and medical leave after 90 days.
