Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Leading safety and quality initiatives at a site level
  • Developing, reviewing, and managing owner contracts and subcontracts
  • Managing costs and scheduling labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Constant communication with the owner/client about progress and conflict management
  • Traveling to the jobsite (minimum 50% required travel)

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M
  • Exceptional customer and client relation skills
  • Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring
  • Contract and subcontract development and management experience
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Financial forecasting experience (estimates to and at completion, cash, and cost flow)
  • A proven record of safety program management and implementation
  • Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs), and controlling/implementing sitewide quality programs effectiveness
