Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as Leeward's onsite representative during construction and commissioning of renewable energy projects, bridging engineering designs and physical execution.
- Provide safety leadership, ensure contractor adherence to safety plans, and foster a zero-injury environment.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, invoicing, change orders, and lead a team of contract inspectors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Interface with project team members, stakeholders, landowners, and authorities to track issues and facilitate solutions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil/electrical/mechanical engineering, or equivalent field experience with minimum 6 years renewable energy construction management experience.
- Strong understanding of construction safety requirements (OSHA 30-Hour, CPR First Aid, AED, NFPA 70E preferred).
- Experience managing QA/QC programs for civil, structural, electrical, and SCADA workmanship, and evaluating third-party quality tests.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills with a track record of complex project achievement.
