Construction Compliance Manager - Dynamic Energy

• Ensure EPC projects meet all contractual, regulatory, labor, and documentation requirements.
• Manage compliance across insurance, bonding, payroll, apprenticeship, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and prepare compliance reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve compliance gaps.

This role ensures that renewable energy projects are built in compliance with regulations, protecting the company's financial and operational interests while advancing the decarbonization of the grid.

• Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in construction compliance or related field.
• Experience with COIs, payroll compliance, and contractor documentation.
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance workflows.

Salary range: $80,000 - $99,000 USD. Bonus structure for full-time employees.
