Mission
What you will drive
- Research, develop, and validate computer vision algorithms for automated defect and anomaly detection in railway and microscopy imaging.
- Train and optimize deep learning models (CNNs, YOLO, Vision Transformers) for high-accuracy computer vision analysis.
- Design and evaluate vision-language models to interpret images and support anomaly detection tasks.
- Stay current with AI/ML/CV literature to maintain competitive advantage.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field with focus on Computer Vision.
- Strong Python and proficient C++ programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
- Familiarity with 2D and 3D vision techniques (3D reconstruction, point clouds).
