Compensation Analyst

• Support the review and refinement of global compensation programs, including salary structures, leveling frameworks, and related initiatives.
• Conduct equity benchmarking analyses and assist with updates to global equity grant ranges.
• Design and maintain salary bands on an ad hoc and cyclical basis, grounded in current market data.
• Build and streamline compensation processes and tools that enable efficient, data-driven decision-making.

This role helps Lime build a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free by ensuring fair and competitive compensation that attracts and retains talent driving sustainable mobility solutions.

• 5+ years of broad-based compensation experience with expertise in program administration, benchmarking, and job architecture.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with ability to build complex compensation models.
• Deep knowledge of survey methodology and market benchmarking, particularly equity compensation; Radford (WTW) surveys preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.

This is a remote, part-time (20 hrs/week) contract position for up to 3 months. Compensation and benefits are determined by the third-party employer. No salary range provided.
