  • Conduct equity benchmarking analyses and assist with updates to global equity grant ranges.
  • Design and maintain salary bands on an ad hoc and cyclical basis, grounded in current market data.
  • Build and streamline compensation processes and tools that enable efficient, data-driven decision-making.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of broad-based compensation experience with expertise in program administration, benchmarking, and job architecture.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with ability to build complex compensation models.
  • Deep knowledge of survey methodology and market benchmarking, particularly equity compensation; Radford (WTW) surveys preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
