Community & Municipal Engagement Manager - Community Solar (New Jersey)

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with municipalities, community organizations, businesses, and leaders to expand access to community solar.
• Educate stakeholders about the benefits of New Jersey's Community Solar Energy Program and facilitate subscriber enrollment.
• Represent Solar Landscape at community events and lead stakeholder engagement for project applications.

This role directly expands access to affordable clean energy for underserved communities in New Jersey, reducing energy costs and carbon emissions while fostering local partnerships.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 5+ years of experience in community engagement, government relations, public affairs, business development, economic development, nonprofit leadership, clean energy, utilities, or related fields.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout New Jersey; driver's license and vehicle preferred.
