Mission
What you will drive
- Support community engagement and outreach efforts to build strong relationships with local stakeholders impacted by NineDot's clean energy projects.
- Coordinate outreach activities, including distributing materials, scheduling meetings, maintaining contact lists, and attending community events.
- Track and document community feedback, maintain records in company databases, and collaborate with internal teams to align engagement strategies with project timelines.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in communications, public relations, environmental studies, urban planning, political science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience in community engagement, organizing, government relations, public affairs, or real estate development.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in data tracking and reporting; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Airtable is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally for community meetings and events (approx. once a week, sometimes on weekends) and interest in renewable energy, environmental justice, and community impact.
Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 plus bonus and incentive stock options.
