Community and Stakeholder Engagement Lead (VIC)

• Lead community and stakeholder engagement for project approvals (EES, DA, SIA)
• Develop and deliver engagement plans and community benefit programs
• Manage stakeholder risk, including complex or sensitive issues
• Build relationships with landowners, communities and government

This role drives real community impact through meaningful benefit programs and local partnerships, supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects that contribute to decarbonisation goals.

• Proven experience in community or stakeholder engagement in infrastructure, energy, or large-scale projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Sound knowledge of planning and environmental processes within Victoria
• Qualification in communication, public relations/participation or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
