Mission

What you will drive

  • Generate high-volume content including blog posts, success stories, and impact snippets through virtual interviews and story mining.
  • Produce and edit multimedia assets such as short-form videos, graphics, and photography stories.
  • Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) to grow reach and engagement.
  • Support donor communications, e-newsletters, website updates, and public relations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4–6 years experience in a content-heavy role (Communications, Journalism, PR, or Creative Agency) with proven writing skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Digital Asset Management (DAM) software, Content Management Systems (CMS), and Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro.
  • Exceptional ability to build rapport virtually and extract stories from program staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-volume content across print, digital, video, and social media.

Hourly wage range: $29–$33 per hour (annual equivalent ~$60,320–$68,640 based on 40 hrs/week).
