Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as primary technical lead for setting up, testing, and deploying bulk email campaigns via EveryAction, handling formatting, tracking, and list segmentation.
- Act as day-to-day webmaster for content updates across digital platforms (Craft CMS, Squarespace), building landing pages and ensuring resources are accurate.
- Own daily posting and polishing of organizational social media channels, adapting core messaging for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Act as lead designer for digital and print assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and draft original written content including emails, blog posts, and social media toolkits.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital communications with ability to translate complex language into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency with bulk email systems (EveryAction ideal) and website CMS platforms (Craft CMS, Squarespace ideal).
- Proficiency in Canva required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video production/editing a plus.
- Strong understanding of Wisconsinโs political landscape and commitment to racial justice and equity.
