Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and execute communications strategies across digital platforms, email, media outreach, and program-specific initiatives to increase awareness of IRECโ€™s mission and impact.
  • Draft and edit communications materials including blog posts, press releases, website content, and program updates, translating complex clean energy topics for diverse audiences.
  • Manage digital channels (social media, website) and email communications, including newsletters and audience segmentation.
  • Track and analyze communications metrics to strengthen impact and support internal reporting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public policy, environmental studies, or related field.
  • 3โ€“5 years of professional communications experience with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and managing organizational social media accounts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to collaborate effectively.
