Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute communications strategies across digital platforms, email, media outreach, and program-specific initiatives to increase awareness of IRECโs mission and impact.
- Draft and edit communications materials including blog posts, press releases, website content, and program updates, translating complex clean energy topics for diverse audiences.
- Manage digital channels (social media, website) and email communications, including newsletters and audience segmentation.
- Track and analyze communications metrics to strengthen impact and support internal reporting.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public policy, environmental studies, or related field.
- 3โ5 years of professional communications experience with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and managing organizational social media accounts.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to collaborate effectively.
