Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and manage CEJA's online identity, converting online engagement into real-world action.
- Create and curate content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, develop digital campaigns, and evaluate analytics to inform strategy.
- Build media relationships and coordinate communications within the alliance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 4 years of professional experience in digital communications.
- Exceptional writing skills and proficiency with content management systems (e.g., FireSpring) and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop).
- Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred; bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Salary: $51.08 to $52.88 per hour for a 32-hour work week (approximately $85,000 to $88,000 annually). Full-time, benefits eligible, eligible for overtime. Remote within California with occasional travel.
