Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and manage CEJA's online identity, converting online engagement into real-world action.
  • Create and curate content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, develop digital campaigns, and evaluate analytics to inform strategy.
  • Build media relationships and coordinate communications within the alliance.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in digital communications.
  • Exceptional writing skills and proficiency with content management systems (e.g., FireSpring) and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop).
  • Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred; bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary: $51.08 to $52.88 per hour for a 32-hour work week (approximately $85,000 to $88,000 annually). Full-time, benefits eligible, eligible for overtime. Remote within California with occasional travel.
