Communications Director and Inclusive Development International

• Develop and oversee implementation of Inclusive Development International's organizational communications strategy and workplan.
• Foster relationships with key reporters and leverage news media engagement to build brand and further advocacy goals.
• Oversee digital media including website updates, social media strategy, and donor communications.
• Produce annual impact reports and assist teams with research reports, guides, and other publications.

This role amplifies the voices of communities defending their human rights and environment against harmful corporate activities, advancing social, economic, and environmental justice globally.

• Strategic communications leadership experience with a track record of leveraging public communications to build profile and achieve impact.
• Outstanding written communication and editing skills in English; experience with earned media strategies, op-eds, and social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS; project management expertise.
• Demonstrated commitment to human rights and economic justice; familiarity with corporate accountability and global justice movements.

Salary range: $84,872 - $106,090 (USD).
