Mission

What you will drive

  • Operationalise the approved Communications Strategy, including content governance, style guide, and channel activation.
  • Manage and grow DPI's digital presence across platforms in a politically considered manner.
  • Contract, brief, and manage specialist sub-contractors (photographer, video editor, digital designer).
  • Lead external communications including media engagement, newsletter management, publication dissemination, and event coverage.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrable experience delivering strategic communications for international NGOs, peacebuilding organisations, or human rights bodies in politically sensitive contexts.
  • Strong experience with project communications, including donor visibility requirements and reporting.
  • Proven ability to design and operate within a structured content governance framework.
  • Proficiency in digital channel management (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, email marketing) and analytics.
