Communications and Narrative Director

• Own content and story for Adamant, building social media presence from the ground up and translating complex economic research into compelling content.
• Lead a small team of content creators, develop narrative frameworks, and manage media relations.
• Build rapid response capacity to counter fossil fuel industry messaging and engage with influencers, journalists, and partners.

This role directly challenges fossil fuel misinformation and builds economic arguments for climate action, helping Canada transition to a clean economy and influencing energy policy and culture.

• Proven ability to create engaging content across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and edit video content.
• Ability to translate complex economic research into clear, compelling, accessible content.
• Experience building and managing a small team of content creators; comfortable in an early-stage, founder-led environment.
• Based in Canada and legally able to work there; alignment with Adamant's vision of a clean economy.
