Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures for utility-scale solar, energy storage, and high-voltage systems.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to operational status.
- Manage on-site commissioning teams and vendors to lead testing and verification of electrical, mechanical, and communications systems.
- Document commissioning results, punch lists, and final acceptance criteria; ensure all deficiencies are tracked and resolved.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in construction management, engineering (electrical or mechanical), or related field, or equivalent years of commissioning experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- OSHA 30 and NETA III certifications required.
- Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, high-voltage systems, SCADA, and relevant standards (NERC, NEC, IEEE).
