How to Apply for Commercial Lead (Nordics or Western Europe - Remote)
at EnergyHub
🏢 About EnergyHub
EnergyHub is at the forefront of the clean energy transition, enabling utilities and energy retailers to manage distributed energy resources (DERs) like solar, EVs, and smart thermostats. As a remote-first company with a mission-driven culture, you'll work on products that directly reduce carbon emissions while shaping the future of energy markets in Europe.
About This Role
As Commercial Lead, you'll be the first sales hire in Europe, tasked with building EnergyHub's commercial presence from scratch across Nordics, Germany, France, Benelux, and UK. You'll own the entire sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing deals—while also feeding market intelligence back to product and leadership teams.
💡 A Day in the Life
Start your day reviewing European energy news and regulatory updates, then hop on calls with prospects in Germany or France. Spend afternoons tailoring proposals for a Swedish utility and a UK retailer, followed by a sync with US product team to share competitive intelligence. End the day updating your CRM and planning a trip to meet a potential partner in Amsterdam.
