What you will drive

  • Build the commercial motion: create process, structure, and repeatability for sales success.
  • Develop the market: identify and engage energy retailers across Nordics, Germany, France, Benelux, and UK.
  • Own executive-level conversations and lead commercial strategy.
  • Feed intelligence back on policy, regulation, and competitors.

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven track record in B2B/enterprise business development or sales.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology into regulated/complex environments.
  • Self-sufficient in building sales processes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and commercial audiences; English required, German/French/Swedish a plus.

Salary: โ‚ฌ67,500โ€“โ‚ฌ90,000 base + performance bonus (โ‚ฌ22,500โ€“โ‚ฌ30,000) = total OTE โ‚ฌ90,000โ€“โ‚ฌ120,000.
