Mission
What you will drive
- Build the commercial motion: create process, structure, and repeatability for sales success.
- Develop the market: identify and engage energy retailers across Nordics, Germany, France, Benelux, and UK.
- Own executive-level conversations and lead commercial strategy.
- Feed intelligence back on policy, regulation, and competitors.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven track record in B2B/enterprise business development or sales.
- Experience selling SaaS or technology into regulated/complex environments.
- Self-sufficient in building sales processes, proposals, and presentations.
- Strong communication skills across technical and commercial audiences; English required, German/French/Swedish a plus.

Salary: โฌ67,500โโฌ90,000 base + performance bonus (โฌ22,500โโฌ30,000) = total OTE โฌ90,000โโฌ120,000.
