College & Young Adult Ministry Program Director

• Develop and lead programs that equip leaders for ministry with college students and young adults.
• Oversee MLC college ministry grant initiatives and develop resources for ministries serving college students and young adults.
• Recruit and lead a College Ministry Design Team to design curriculum and support ministry partners.

This role creates positive change by equipping leaders to serve college students and young adults, fostering spiritual growth and community engagement among the next generation.

• 8+ years of college campus ministry experience in a church or non-profit setting.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field; Master's degree in theology or related field preferred.
• Experience teaching and training ministry leaders.
• Demonstrated relational network and networking capabilities.

Remote working environment with operational office in Brentwood, Tennessee. Grant-funded position through December 2031 with intention to make permanent. Some travel required for recruiting and teaching.
