• Take full ownership of everything that connects our ventures to the US market, including market and UX research, business model design, value proposition development, GTM strategy, and business development.
• Build strategic partnerships and drive business development for circular economy startups.
• Collaborate with the existing team in Córdoba, Argentina to launch and scale ventures.

This role creates positive change by building startups that turn discarded valuable items into revenue, reducing waste and promoting a circular economy in the US.

• American with a real network and hands-on startup experience.
• Native Spanish speaker.
• Generalist with genuine strength across research, strategy, design, and business development.
• Open to spending regular time in Córdoba, Argentina.

This is a co-founding opportunity with equity terms open to negotiation. The agreement may involve a capital contribution from co-founders. The role offers a real founding stake, an operational team already in motion, and a first product live in market.
