What you will drive
- Co-lead BLUU with the current Executive Director, sharing strategic, operational, and governance responsibilities.
- Oversee organizational management, including staff supervision, financial oversight, and administrative systems.
- Support fundraising, external relations, and community engagement in collaboration with the development team.

What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in nonprofits, movement organizations, or faith communities.
- Strong skills in organizational management, team supervision, and budget oversight.
- Demonstrated commitment to Black liberation, queer inclusion, and faith-rooted justice.
- Excellent communication and relational skills, with experience navigating complex organizational relationships.
