What you will drive

  • Turn project concepts into executable plans, defining scope, goals, milestones, budgets, and success measures.
  • Manage cross-functional execution across clinical, research, finance, legal, and external partners for clinical studies and grant-funded research.
  • Use modern LLM and agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to improve project planning, documentation, analysis, and operational workflows.
  • Build reusable project-management systems, templates, and workflows to strengthen organizational execution.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, clinical research operations, healthcare, scientific research, or research administration.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with interdependent workstreams, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Proficiency using modern LLM and agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to plan projects, synthesize information, and create efficient workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and external partners.
