Mission
What you will drive
- Active conception, development and maintenance of big-data-ready, resilient services in close collaboration with other engineers of the cross-functional team
- Pair programming, code reviews and technical spikes
- Work closely with CTO, Product Managers and Sustainability Team to translate customer requirements into new features

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Excellent knowledge of at least one well-known web framework; ideally Ruby on Rails experience
- Hands-on mentality and an agile mindset
- Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication skills (German is a plus)
