Mission
What you will drive
- Co-develop and execute a campaign plan against new proposals for tar sands pipelines and associated oil tanker traffic.
- Develop digital and communications strategies and products to support the campaign.
- Act as a spokesperson and represent the campaign in coalition spaces, coordinating efforts with partners and allies.
- Work with frontline communities, including First Nations, impacted by proposed projects.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience campaigning, organizing, or network coordinating on political, environmental, or social justice campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective public campaign strategies and tactics.
- Experience building organizing networks and collaborative campaign planning with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills in English; French language skills considered an asset.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Full-time contract position for one year. Hourly rate of $50 CAD per hour for up to 32 hours per week. Fully remote in British Columbia with occasional travel within Canada.
