Client Services Associate

• Provide telephone and email counseling to consumers and professionals on Medicare and Medicaid issues, including long-term care services.
• Maintain accurate call records to inform policy work and educational resources.
• Assist with low-income benefits enrollment, including screening, outreach, and processing.
• Lead community presentations and support volunteer counselors.

This role directly helps older adults and people with disabilities access affordable health care, ensuring their voices reach policymakers and improving the Medicare program for millions.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Empathy and ability to convey complex information in a consumer-friendly manner.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Annual salary from $45,000 to $50,000. Generous benefits package. Hybrid remote and in-person work schedule possible.
