Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee multiple projects and maintain regular communication with clients regarding the installation process and implementation of SmartRentโs solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Field, Support, Product, Engineering) to coordinate project scheduling and address client needs.
- Lead community presentations to educate residents and staff on SmartRentโs technology, and train local staff on troubleshooting and maintenance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment and 1 year in project management or similar role.
- Experience with CRM or project management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk preferred) and proficiency in Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% to client sites.
