Mission

What you will drive

  • Support the planning and implementation of civic education programs, professional learning institutes, trainings, competitions, showcases, and special events.
  • Coordinate logistics including registration, scheduling, travel, venue communication, materials preparation, and participant communications.
  • Assist with grant-funded program support, tracking deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage contracts, invoices, reimbursements, and budget tracking.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 2โ€“4 years of experience in program coordination, event management, nonprofit operations, or education programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom.
