Mission
What you will drive
- Support the planning and implementation of civic education programs, professional learning institutes, trainings, competitions, showcases, and special events.
- Coordinate logistics including registration, scheduling, travel, venue communication, materials preparation, and participant communications.
- Assist with grant-funded program support, tracking deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage contracts, invoices, reimbursements, and budget tracking.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2โ4 years of experience in program coordination, event management, nonprofit operations, or education programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom.
