Mission

What you will drive

  • Drive commercial distribution growth for Canadian Solar's C&I solar products across California and the Western U.S.
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand presence within distribution partners.
  • Build strong relationships with distributor teams, EPCs, and installers to create commercial sales momentum.
  • Conduct field engagement activities including ride-alongs, branch visits, and training to support distributor sales teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience selling into solar distribution channels.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial and industrial (C&I) solar markets.
  • Strong existing relationships within the solar distribution industry.
  • Proven ability to grow territory revenue and develop new business opportunities.
