Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and manage the C&I business and the C&I sales team.
  • Develop and execute the C&I go-to-market plan including segmentation, target market definition, value proposition, and channel development.
  • Collaborate with and coach the sales team in developing and closing C&I projects and sharing best practices.
  • Create and execute six-quarter forecasts and report weekly/monthly on sales and opportunities status.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of C&I sales supervisory experience.
  • Proven history of managing C&I solar salespeople selling to developers and installers.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a C&I business with a premium product through consultative selling.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and strategic planning skills; Salesforce experience a plus.

OTE range: $141,000 to $226,800 per year. Eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits. Home office position with 30-50% travel.
